When submitting a request by email, include the email address or username associated with your account. Do not send us your password.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless continued retention is required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, protect legal rights, or resolve disputes.

Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days and will not be used for ordinary business purposes.

12. Deletion of Data Received from Meta

If you registered or logged in through Facebook, you can stop further access by removing ODDS.am from the “Apps and Websites” section of your Facebook account settings.

To request deletion of information previously received from Meta, you may:

1. delete your account at https://odds.am/ru/account/profile/; or
2. email [email protected].

Your request should include the email address or ODDS.am username associated with your account.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize information received from Meta within 30 days, unless continued retention is legally required.

If Meta sends ODDS.am a platform data-deletion request, we will process the request in accordance with Meta’s applicable requirements and provide the required confirmation or deletion-status information.

13. Children and Age Restrictions

The Service contains sports odds, bookmaker information, and betting-related content. It is intended only for persons aged 18 or older, or any higher minimum age required by the laws of their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we learn that a person under the applicable minimum age has provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and restrict or close the relevant account.
