The Greek club will offer resistance to the favourite in its arena

The fifth round of the Conference League group stage in Group G will not bring any revolutionary changes. The fate of all four clubs is clear. HIK and Aberdeen have picked up one and two points respectively, which will not allow them to continue their fight in the play-offs of Europe's third-tier tournament. In turn, PAOK and Eintracht have ten and nine points respectively, which already allows them to prepare for the Conference League play-offs. Another thing is that one fundamental question still remains open. In the Conference League, the final first place differs from the second place in that the first team of each quartet will continue to fight in the 1/8 finals of the tournament, while the second team will be forced to play 1/16 finals with the "guests" from the more solid Europa League. In this regard, the rivals for the match in Frankfurt are still direct competitors. Bookmakers have identified the home team as the favorites for the upcoming meeting, offering odds of 1.59 on their victory. Eintracht have already played 19 official matches this season. Only twice the team has appeared in the same competition in two meetings in a row, playing twice a week. Surprisingly, in such a busy schedule, the Frankfurt club lost for the first time only on the last day of September. After that defeat to Wolfsburg, Eintracht immediately lost to PAOK in Greece, but made the right conclusions. A new unsuccessful series of matches began for the team in mid-November. First, the Frankfurt club escaped defeat in Bremen, where they lost 0:2, and after a period of national team meetings lost at home to Stuttgart. PAOK in the aforementioned first-round match against Eintracht squeezed the opponent on 90+2 minutes. Then the Greek club brought the result of the defensive style. They managed to score two goals with two shots in the German team's goal. In the first half of November, PAOK had an opportunity to seal a 100 per cent result in the Conference League by beating Aberdeen at home. However, the team was so impressed with their own victory over Olympiacos that they did not properly adjust to the Scots. In the upcoming match PAOK players should not have any problems with the mood.
