The last season for Nottingham Forest can be described as breakthrough and very successful. Either it coincided or Sean Dyche indeed possesses such crisis management skills, but the last game week was phenomenal for the "Foresters,” compared to the previous period of the current season. Nottingham Forest earned points against Manchester United in the last three Premier League rounds, and scored three goals against Leeds at home and Liverpool at Anfield, securing convincing victories. In the Europa League, the "Foresters" currently have five points, which is enough to occupy only the 23rd position. It is unlikely that the club's management set the task for Dyche to stabilize the situation only in the Premier League. Surely, the Europa League is among the club's priorities. This tournament is one that Nottingham Forest can win if they are in optimal playing form. How many years it has been since this English city has seen European trophies – it is hardly worth reminding experienced football fans. Malmö is the most decorated club in Sweden, but the season, which ended in early November in that country, has been a disaster for the "sky blues." The team lost the championship title, subsequently changed their head coach, but this did not allow them to finish higher than sixth place in Allsvenskan. In their last five official matches, Malmö has only won once. None of the four rounds of the group stage of the Europa League ended in victory for the Swedish team. It seems that even if a mixed squad of Nottingham players takes the field, it will be enough for a convincing victory.
