Kazakhstan also could have been at the EURO in Germany, but already in the semi-finals of the "bonus" playoffs they lost to Greece 0-5. Since then, we haven't seen a good game from Kazakhstan's squad. After three friendlies lost to mediocre opponents, Kazakhstan defended a dry draw with Norway in Almaty and lost to Slovenia in Ljubljana without a chance, conceding three unanswered goals. There's no point in Cherchesov's wards locking themselves in defence - they won't stand on zero. The visitors will also attack, which will lead to a fairly high performance.
