Another positive factor on Chelsea's side is the fact that the Blues have progressed from match to match at the World Cup. If at the group stage the London club fulfilled the minimum task to reach the play-offs, and in the 1/8 finals had to beat Benfica in extra time, the last two rounds of the tournament have worked out in Chelsea's favour without any problems. PSG passed the group and play-offs in one breath, losing only to Botafogo in the second match of the group stage. The extreme ease of progression of Luis Enrique's team is extremely disconcerting ahead of the final encounter. When everything is decided by one match and you are up against a "machine" worth over a billion euros, the most unpredictable things can happen.
