Almost the entire amount went on three players: Šeško from Leipzig, Cunha from Wolverhampton, and Mbeumo from Brentford. Arsenal operated on the transfer market with virtually identical figures. The "Gunners" strengthened their squad with Diogo from Sporting, Mudryk from Chelsea, Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, and several other promising players. The last match between the rivals at Old Trafford took place in March of this year and ended in a 1:1 draw.
